   If you have been following our 20 Second Fitness journey, you know that we have both had our hard weeks, but this past week has been amazing for both of us, even though the post is coming a day later than usual.  I (Jessi) got back into the swing of my routine after a lot of chaos had been going on, and Viv has worked on creating a schedule for herself and her daughter now that she has gotten past the first couple weeks of her Husbands deployment.  
     We are both enjoying the built in schedule, on the calendar that comes with the 20 Second Fitness system.  When we are in short supply of time, we don't have to worry about digging up info to figure out which disc/day/equipment to use, its all right there easy to use and find every single time.  
Progress for week 5:

Jessi: Down 3 pounds!!!!!  and 2 inches
Viv:  down .5 pounds and 1 inch!
