The Many Benefits of Almonds:
     Good for brain: Almonds contain many nutrients that which help in development of the brain and has been considered an essential food item for growing children.

My Thoughts:
     Hubs and I have had the opportunity to try both the almond and coconut breads from Julian Bakery.  Even though we are not on a Paleo diet, I can appreciate the great qualities of these two types.  Hubs used the Coconut Paleo Bread to make cheesy garlic bread to go with dinner one night.  It was good!  Nothing I expected, well I really did not know what to expect with either of these loaves.  
     Both types of Paleo Bread are a bit more dense than I expected but they held up great when toasted!  Our favorite way of eating either the Almond or Coconut Paleo Bread was with garlic butter and cheese!  It may not be a very "Paleo Diet" way of enjoying bread, but it was a tasty addition to our dinner one evening.  
     While the bread is a bit more dense than a traditional wheat bread, the texture was nice and not overly dry like some gluten free items can seem.  I enjoyed the difference in flavor from the almond to the coconut breads, I could not taste almond or coconut in them individually but I could tell that the almond bread had more nuttiness to it.
